We offer career assessment opportunities and internships to individuals with Down syndrome, autism and all development disabilities.
Participants in our program learn job discovery, team work, crew work and skill building. Supported employment is a system of support for people with disabilities in regards to ongoing employment with a variety of work assignments. Our participants work on dismantling electronics and sorting materials for further processing.
